Designed from the ground up for serious rally performance, the 450 RALLY EX brings factory-level performance into the hands of privateers, adventurers, and competitive riders alike.
At just 287 lbs dry, this is the lightest version of the KOVE 450 platform, offering a nimble and responsive ride while still packing serious endurance capabilities. A newly tuned 449cc DOHC engine, upgraded cooling system, larger radiators, and titanium exhaust system work in harmony to deliver sharp power delivery and high-speed reliability. With a massive 30L fuel capacity split across three low-mounted tanks, this bike is built for distance and designed for Dakar — with no compromise on agility or balance.

In 2023, KOVE stunned the global rally scene when all three of its 450s finished the Dakar Rally — a feat rarely achieved by any new manufacturer. Now, with feedback from real race conditions and top-tier riders, the EX has been born: lighter, faster, and more refined than ever.

A newly optimized 449cc DOHC engine powers the EX with increased throttle response and sustained top-end performance. Paired with a full titanium exhaust system, the EX delivers more power with less weight — ideal for high-speed rally racing or long-distance off-road endurance.
CARBON FIBER TOWER + KYB SUSPENSION
